Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. If the delivery courier deems it unsafe to leave a package outside, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 6-month warranty on all items, which includes faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear. Please refer to our care instructions below for general care instructions.
Although our jewelry is made to the highest standards, best practices to take care of your jewelry include removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising. After wear, clean your jewellery gently with a dry cloth to remove any oil or dust.
Should you feel like any goods have been delivered to you faulty, please email us with a photo and proof of purchase details. Items will be replaced at our discretion. At this point, we do not offer repair services.
